Let me say this I am and older person. Back in the day the law was the law if you were told don't do it then by all means you didn't do it, If you ran from the police they shot you in the leg to stop you. If you are told to keep your hands were they can be seen and you have said " I have a gun " and you move your hands to reach for something and you get shot, well you were told don't move!!!! but kneeling on someone's neck or body with hands in your pocket shows you don't belong there with a uniform on.....

 

There will most certainly be riots. The way this case has been charged is fucked up from the start. I'm not going to try the case here, but if you know anything about the law, you'll know why there is no First Degree murder charge (yes, and I don't care what you think of the video - the laws are the laws). Second Degree Murder is not a given, with the proof threshold that has to be met, Even a third degree charge is problematic. They can probably arrive at some kind of Manslaughter charge. That is all predicated on the jury following the laws.

I'm not going to explain any of that here. If you are confused, educate yourself on the charges.

Judge and jury would never have the balls to give a not guilty charge. It would generate a lot of income to me if they did.

 

There is no fucking excuse to kneel on somebodies neck until they're dead. Especially when the person is handcuffed behind his back & is not resisting. The people around him were telling him that he was killing the guy. Apparently he did not care. I hope he's convicted & sentenced to not less then 25 yrs. !!!!!!!!!!!!

 

There will be more rioting when the verdict comes down, I'm sure.
This case is very similar to one that they had in Oakland California back in 2009, where an unarmed young black man named Oscar Grant was shot and killed by an officer while he was lying face down on the ground, while another officer knelt on his back to hold him down.

During the trial, the officer charged with the shooting claimed that in the confusion of the moment, he thought he had pulled out his tazer, but had grabbed his revolver instead.
The prosecution was not able to prove premeditation, so the verdict was guilty of manslaughter instead of murder.
The judge delayed the reading of the verdict until the police in riot gear were able to be out around the courthouse. Riots did still happen, but were pre-BLM days, so not as well organized as they will be this time.

He explains that the charges against officer Chauvin, as follows, may not be as severe as most people might expect:

"All the charges against Chauvin allege only an unintentional killing, so not even the state prosecutors are arguing that Chauvin intentionally killed Floyd–that this was literally a “racist police murder of a black suspect.” "

If a cop handcuffed me and put me in the back of a police car, and then told me to get out of the car, so he could put his knee on my neck until I stopped him breathing, I would do that because I believe in law and order.

 

That piece of shit wanna be cop knew George Floyd, they worked together at a night club doing security and one other employee made the statement that Chauvin was aggressive even there which would tell anyone that he had issues that should have disqualified his useless ass from ever being a police officer. Too bad he will never get the punishment that he deserves, he will get away with maliciously killing a man with just a slap on the wrist and after just a few years in some cushy ass cell being protected from the people who could have gotten justice they will grant him an early release and he will slink off into the shadows forgotten by most. What he deserves is to die the same way that he killed George Floyd.

 

So, is the results of this trial going to lead to a civil war? The United States goes into a civil war and leaves us wide open for other countries to join in. After all, coronavirus didn't work to the extent "they" wanted it to. They didn't kill enough older conservatives.
Like other people have said, "whatever the verdict, there's going to be 'peaceful' riots destroying cities." I hope that nobody gets seriously injured or killed.

 

It's funny how few people understand the law, or watched any of the videos accompanying this event (not just the knee on the neck part). Sounds like dumbass Libtard 'Virtue Signaling' - not a grasp of anything to do with the law.
