Liz does indeed NOT know about Inoda's true plans, we have had several instances in the story where we see him lying to her about how much and how further he manages to progress with Asuna, but this doesn't make her a good person at all, she's STILL being a horrible friend and a selfish bitch a lot of the time (The contrast with Suguha who despite being clearly crazy genuinely loves Kirito even with his 'NTR-ed MC sexual faults' just makes it clearer). The thing is that the only reason she's also being tricked is because Inoda wants her too and is totally planning to corrupt her and take her for himself as part of his goal of making Asuna completely his, he has said so as much several times in mental monologues and especially in his blog (Making emphasize in how he hates Liz's personality towards him but that she's hot anyway, hell, he even once took advantage of her taking a shower at his apartment to take a picture of her).

I mean, she WAS at first, Fujino had to dumb her down enough to accept going out with Hebishima when realistically she would have never done so, and he had to use a mix of drugs and blackmail to get her, but she did the impossible and escaped from that which is usually something unachievable for a female in a NTR game, so that already puts her above most others in the game XD

Yeah IRL events shouldn't really happen other than phone related ones or plot moving ones really for Asuna. Do you know or remember if Fujino made it sound like that Asuna's business trip was going to take the entire week like Kirito's stay in the hospital? Cause I just played under the assumption she was going to be gone that long, but I guess she could also come back by Friday and have either a short scene with Kirito, or a short scene with Inoda. Cause if she comes back by Friday, that would put her in position to probably see Kirito and Liz kissing, which would probably spiral things further out of control. Personally wouldn't like this idea since I don't think Asuna needs anymore "justification" to do anything, and just needs to fall to the dick at this point.
But yeah, I also went back to check out the progress reports, cause I didn't really pay attention. The 4 CGs are all for one event, so that more than likely has to be another FOG event, since I doubt major IRL progression is going to happen until this in-game week is over. So I guess Asuna gets another banging scene, which is nice I guess.

I also don't like the idea of Asuna noticing Kirito for cheating again and taking revenge. Literally not so long ago, we saw this example of a brothel. It will not be very successful to use this technique again. I hope this won't be Fujino's way of speeding things up. I think the best way to corrupt Asuna in real life is to use a Council and antennas. At some point, Asuna will confuse the game and reality and then come to terms with what she has changed in real life.
